Translation details
Family and estate document sets need an accurate match between the deceased person's details and other records. Where a name is spelt differently, the translator needs to see the source versions rather than infer a correction.
What to prepare
Provide both sides and related documents showing the name. Specify whether a separate extract or medical document is also part of the order.
What we check
The date and place of death, registration date, issuing authority and record number are checked individually. Information absent from the certificate is not added.
Price and turnaround are agreed after reviewing a legible document, the language pair, length and required format. Include any apostille, annotations and attachments in the file for assessment. Confirm certification and document-set requirements with the recipient.
