We manage the entire document journey

You send us a photograph or scan of the document. We review the requirements, calculate the price and agree on a deadline. Once confirmed, the order proceeds through translation, quality control and, where required, notarisation, apostille or legalisation.

5 steps

How to place an order

Most documents can be submitted remotely, so you do not need to visit the office for an initial quotation.

01
Enquiry

Send your document

Attach a scan or clear photograph using the website form, or send the file by WhatsApp, Telegram or email. Tell us which country or organisation will receive it and whether certification is required.

02
Quotation

Receive the price and deadline

A manager checks the language, volume, legibility, intended use and formatting requirements. You then receive an exact quotation, available certification options and the completion time.

03
Confirmation

Confirm the order

Before work begins, we confirm the services, price, deadline and delivery method. If passport spellings or additional documents are needed, the manager will request them in advance.

04
Production

Translation and quality control

The translator works according to the document’s purpose and accepted terminology. Names, dates, numbers, details, completeness and correspondence with the original are then checked.

05
Completion

Certification and delivery

Where required, we arrange notarisation, apostille or legalisation. Completed documents can be collected from LEVEL, delivered by arrangement, or reviewed first as an electronic copy.

⌁

Remote order

Send the document online, receive your quotation and visit us only when the completed order is ready.

⌖

Order at the office

Bring the originals to our office at 4/7 Pap Tagavor Street if you need an in-person consultation.

What affects price and timing

  • The language and translation direction.
  • Document length, format and legibility.
  • Legal, medical or technical subject matter.
  • Notarisation, apostille or legalisation requirements.
  • Urgency and the chosen delivery method.
Quality control

What we check

  • Correct spelling of names and surnames.
  • Dates, numbers, stamps, signatures and document details.
  • Consistent terminology throughout the document.
  • Completeness and correspondence with the original.
  • Formatting and the receiving organisation’s requirements.
Important

An official submission may require the original document, a notarised translation, an apostille or consular legalisation. Tell the manager the destination country and receiving organisation so we can recommend the appropriate format.
